With his extensive experience as an agency producer, Scott has honed his leadership skills and consistently delivers exceptional results for our clients.

CD – Luciano is an award-winning Creative Director with extensive experience leading multi-platform brand campaigns across advertising, marketing, and design. He specializes in building high-performing creative teams, developing cohesive design systems, and crafting compelling brand narratives across media. Luciano has a proven track record of leading CG and VFX teams, bridging creative vision with technical execution to deliver visually striking and innovative content. His strategic insight and passion for visual storytelling consistently drive impactful results for our clients.

CEO – Glen ‘James’ Taylor, is a lifelong creative entrepreneur and the founder of Alongside Global, Bonfire’s mother company. Prior to Alongside, he founded Taylor James in 1999, which grew into an award-winning marketing production powerhouse. During his 22-year tenure there, he led a team that delivered global marketing visions for numerous Fortune 500 companies. As a strategic leader and pioneer of integrated production, he has always been at the forefront of disrupting the marketing industry and pushing production capabilities to be more creative and efficient.

Jen Allison is our Director of Sales, and eagerly chooses to embrace the role of Fun Director as well. After years working at some of the premier VFX houses, she joined the Bonfire team in early 2024 and brings her entusiam for creating stellar work.
