CEO – Glen ‘James’ Taylor, is a lifelong creative entrepreneur and the founder of Alongside Global, Bonfire’s mother company. Prior to Alongside, he founded Taylor James in 1999, which grew into an award-winning marketing production powerhouse. During his 22-year tenure there, he led a team that delivered global marketing visions for numerous Fortune 500 companies. As a strategic leader and pioneer of integrated production, he has always been at the forefront of disrupting the marketing industry and pushing production capabilities to be more creative and efficient.

EP – Scott is a Senior broadcast and content Executive Producer in advertising and marketing and embraces all visual mediums. Scott possesses a diverse range of experience in Advertising Production(Agency & Post), Broadcast Production, including Radio and Television Commercials, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production, Animation, Branding, Broadcast Title Design, Print, Budgeting, Schedule, Casting, Negotiation, expertise. With his extensive experience as an agency producer, Scott has honed his leadership skills and consistently delivers exceptional results for our clients.

Creative Director – Gene’s role as a creative director and VFX supervisor is invaluable. Raised in Manhattan, NYC, his creative vision and expertise bring projects to life, captivating audiences and leaving a lasting impact. His dedication to excellence and his creative contributions make him an essential asset to every client he works with.

Aron is a Director & Creative Director at Bonfire.

Aron leads, nurtures and directs projects with a passionate vision. With a background in Design & VFX, his work reflects a cinematic esthetic across all disciplines, from traditional storytelling to immersive & interactive projects.

He has worked extensively throughout Europe & in his hometown of London. Now based in New York City, his work has graced feature films (Goldeneye, Muppet Treasure Island, Les Miserables, The Borrowers, Low Down), TV episodic (Elementary, The Blacklist), and directed numerous commercials including Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality & Stereoscopic 3D projects, Music Videos, and designed broadcast graphics & film titles.

He grew up under the mentorship of heavy hitting production designers Anton Furst (Batman, Full Metal Jacket) and Terry Ackland-Snow, (Batman, Aliens, Rocky Horror). He studied Graphic Design & Animation.

Aron has won many awards for his work including recognition at Promax, The Latin Grammys, MTV Video Music Awards & a D&AD Pencil for Best Visual Effects for the Kanye West video Power.

On his creative journey he has also worked as graphic designer, typographer, calligrapher, compositor, art teacher, visual artist and snowboard instructor.

Head of Production – Mike is a post-producer with a penchant for problem-solving. He has worked on a wide gamut of material from commercial edit/animation to longform feature and documentary. He is always on the hunt for solutions that satisfy creative needs while keeping projects on budget and schedule, and is a firm believer in the power of keeping a smile on everyone’s face.

Jen Allison is our Director of Sales, and eagerly chooses to embrace the role of Fun Director as well. After years working at some of the premier VFX houses, she joined the Bonfire team in early 2024 and brings her entusiam for creating stellar work.
